Evenhold

Coming to iPhone and Android

Steady help, one tap away.

Evenhold is an app for grown kids looking after Mom or Dad, coming to iPhone and Android. It gives your parent one calm screen with a few big buttons: call family, ask "is this a scam?", or get help fast. Behind it, the whole family shares one simple desk so nobody has to carry the worry alone.

Who we are

Evenhold is a family safety and support app for grown kids looking after an aging parent. We act as the family's shared help desk: one calm, simple screen for Mom or Dad, and one shared place for everyone who helps.

We believe parents deserve to stay independent and feel respected, not watched. We believe families work better when the worry is shared. And we believe safety basics should never cost extra.

So we keep things simple. Big, clear buttons for your parent. Easy setup done by the family. Plain words and no sales pitches on your parent's screen.

Our mission

Help families keep their parents safe, connected, and independent, without making anyone learn complicated technology.

We want your parent to feel steady, and we want you and your brothers and sisters on the same page.

What sets us apart

Many family safety plans are built around identity monitoring and often cost $20 to $50 a month. Evenhold is built for something more everyday: the family helping a parent with their phone, their calls, and the moments when something feels off.

  • Priced for families

There's a free plan for one parent. Paid plans start at $4.99 a month for the whole family, not per person.

  • Built for the family who helps

Brothers, sisters, and spouses share one desk: a safety checklist, scam questions from your parent, the emergency card, and who did what.

  • A calm screen for your parent

Big buttons, large text, one per line. No ads, no upgrade offers, no sales pop-ups on your parent's screen. Ever.

  • Safety basics are always free

The Call 911 button, calling family, and the emergency card are free on every plan. We'll never put them behind a paywall.

  • Your parent never manages settings

You set things up from the family side. Your parent opens the invite you send, taps "Yes, this is my phone," and they're done. No passwords to remember.

  • Made for the phones families use

Evenhold is coming as an app for iPhone and Android. The emergency card also prints for the fridge.

How it works

  1. You set it up

Add your parent, their emergency info, and the family members who help. A step-by-step guide walks you through it.

  2. Get the app on your parent's phone

Install Evenhold on your parent's iPhone or Android phone and send their personal invite. They open it and tap "Yes." That's it.

  3. Your parent taps a big button

They see a short list of clear choices:

    • Call 911 asks first, then opens the phone's own dialer.
    • Call my family one tap to call a son or daughter.
    • Alert my family asks first, then lets the family know.
    • Is this a scam? sends a strange message to the family to look at.
  4. The family handles it together

Questions land on the shared desk. Whoever is free answers "Safe" or "Don't respond," and everyone can see it's been taken care of.

Evenhold is not an emergency service

Evenhold doesn't monitor your parent, dispatch help, or contact 911 for anyone. The Call 911 button simply opens the phone's own dialer, and every call goes through the phone itself. In an emergency, always call 911 directly.
